Great British Puddings are as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Take one 370gm pudding from the freezer, place on a microwavable plate LID DOWN and heat on full power (900 – 1000kw)for 3 minutes.
(perhaps whilst you are waiting you could prepare some fries or warm through some new potatoes and have the vegetables and the gravy ready)2. Turn the pudding over and sprinkle the pastry lid with a tablespoon of water (for added succulence) then still keeping the pudding in it's mould, heat for a further 3 minutes.
3. Rest the pudding for 2–3 minutes then turn out onto a warm plate and add the potatoes and vegetables for a genuine hearty meal!
